Overview
Founded in 1996 by world-renowned tabla virtuoso Anuradha Pal, Stree Shakti is India’s first and leading all-female Indian Classical ensemble. Celebrated for their soulful fusion of Hindustani and Carnatic traditions with Folk rhythms, the ensemble showcases sitar, violin, vocal, tabla, ghatam, and kanjira—performed by five exceptionally talented women.
